Dear Sir/Ma'am, I'm Maria Jennifer Bonavente from the Philippine, 29 years old. Last March 03, 2004, i gave birth to my first child, a healthy baby boy and we named him Angelo. Last may 16,2004, right after his baptism, he was admitted at the United Doctors Medical Center here in the Philippines, undergone Biliary Exploration, and the final diagnosis was BILIARY ATRESIA with LIVER CIRRHOSIS. His condition requires LIVER TRANSPLANT. Unfortunately, Liver Transplant for babies is not yet being performed here in the Philippines and the cost of the procedure abroad is $100,000. My husband, Jonathan M. Bonavente is a professional Service Representative of Medichem Pharmaceuticals Inc. His salary is just enough for the regular medications of our son. With our present financial status, it it impossible for us to afford the procedure. The life expectancy of this disease is 2 years old. Gelo has turned 2 years old last March 03, 2006. We're running out of time. He badly needs Liver Transplant. It is impossible for us to raise $100,000/6 million by our own and in such a short period of time. We would like Angelo to live. With this, in behalf of my whole clan and my husband's as well, I would like to ask/beg for financial assistance to make it possilble for Angelo to live. Your support will be of great help to realize Angelo's operation. Thank you, God bless! Hoping for your support. Maria Jennifer M. Bonavente
